◎ International Shipping
All shipping delivery worldwide. There are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to a large quantity of lost packages and international trade law prohibitions.

If you do not get products even We can see your products are deliveried.
Customers should slove this problem with shipping company. company try to contact to you but If you cannot contact shipping maybe return back or discard. We do not have responsibilty. Also We will charge return shipping It will be more than you pay for original shipping cost. And If you get free shipping We also charge shipping cost when it return back.

* Spain : Customs may charge maximum 50% of total order for taxes. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
* Philippines is hard to pass through the customs in these days. Customer should be pay taxes of it. Please keep in mind.
* Mexico is not available to ship, because customs do not accept any product has liquid.
◎ Health Item issue
· Some country does not allow of contact lenses with a prescription or any permit of health item in their country. So please double check if your country need some permit for health item. We are not responsible for any problem of this.
* All our contact lenses are approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety
◎ Customs
· National customs regulations may result in customs duties in the delivery process. All related fees must be borne by the buyer.
· The tariffs that are incurred may vary depending on the region and goods purchased.
· Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to confirm the customs duty and tax on imports. If you do not know your national customs regulations, high tariffs may be imposed.
· Lenstown Global is not responsible for the customs duties incurred.
· All costs incurred during the return process (international round-trip shipping, customs duties and tariffs) shall be borne by the purchaser and deducted from the refund.
◎ Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
◎ Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within our country. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distributions centers on weekends or our country's holidays.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
