| The $7.99 fee for orders over $80 is a Tax & Duty Fee, not a shipping fee. Due to the recent increase in international shipping costs and carrier surcharges, these rates have been updated accordingly. The above rates apply only to orders shipped to the United States. Shipping fees for Europe and other countries vary by destination and courier. Available shipping options and applicable fees for each courier can be checked at checkout. |

※ Once your order has been dispatched from Korea, any circumstances arising during the local delivery process in the destination country—including customs clearance, delivery delays, delivery attempts, or communication with the local carrier—are beyond our direct control. We are therefore unable to assume responsibility for issues that occur after the shipment has entered the destination country.
※ Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. If the local carrier is unable to reach you or complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to respond to delivery notifications, the shipment may be returned to the sender or handled according to the carrier's local policies.
※ In the event that a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or the recipient's failure to respond to the carrier, return shipping and any applicable re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. These costs may exceed the original shipping fee. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the applicable shipping cost will also be deducted or charged upon return.

Customs
· National customs regulations may result in customs duties in the delivery process. All related fees must be borne by the buyer.
· The tariffs that are incurred may vary depending on the region and goods purchased.
· Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to confirm the customs duty and tax on imports. If you do not know your national customs regulations, high tariffs may be imposed.
· Lenstown Global is not responsible for the customs duties incurred.
· All costs incurred during the return process (international round-trip shipping, Korean customs duties and tariffs) shall be borne by the purchaser and deducted from the refund.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within South Korea. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distributions centers on weekends or South Korea holidays.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
