International Shipping
All parcels are shipped from S.Korea.There are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to a large quantity of lost packages and international trade law prohibitions. We recommend more budget-friendly shipping options by Town ship(It will be a bit slower than Fedex.)

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
· Shipping costs may vary by country and product quantity. Please refer to your order and post-purchase notifications for the most up-to-date information.
· Free shipping on orders over $50(K-packet) or $80(FedEx).

· K-packet(town-shipping) usually arrives within 10~35 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
· FedEx usually arrives within 3~5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
· Delivery times may be extended if the product is out of stock.

Customs
· National customs regulations may result in customs duties in the delivery process. All related fees must be borne by the buyer.
· The tariffs that are incurred may vary depending on the region and goods purchased.
· Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to confirm the customs duty and tax on imports. If you do not know your national customs regulations, high tariffs may be imposed.
· Lenstown Global is not responsible for the customs duties incurred.
· All costs incurred during the return process (international round-trip shipping, Korean customs duties and tariffs) shall be borne by the purchaser and deducted from the refund.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within South Korea. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distributions centers on weekends or South Korea holidays.

Business Days & Holidays
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
